OIA works to ensure the fair and proper treatment of the outdoor industry's innovative products as they move through the supply chain to retail. With this goal in mind, OIA works to explore issues of fair labor and environmental sustainability related to the outdoor industry and to advocate for incentive based government regulations that reward innovation and early adoption of environmental and fair labor practices by companies.
