Attendance at the 2012 OIA Rendezvous is limited. Registration is filling up fast, and OIA recommends that you register as soon as possible.

The Rendezvous conference registration fee includes all educational sessions (keynotes and breakouts), participation in the Timberland Service Projects and the Retail Trail, and most meals some meals. Transportation and lodging are not included. Reserve your room ASAP .

Cancellation Policy
If written notice of cancellation is received by September 1, 2012, you will be refunded your registration fee after a $100 administrative charge. Cancellations not received in writing by the date required will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows will not be refunded. Substitutions of registered guests to another company employee can be made until September 28, 2012.

Note: refunds on lodging, air and ground transportation are not the liability of OIA.
